By creating an account or using Ìpín-Àyànmọ́, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. Nature of the Service
Ìpín-Àyànmọ́ provides cultural, spiritual, entertainment and self-reflection content rooted in the Ifá tradition. Readings, prophecies, numerology and astrological content are not medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.
3. Accounts
You must be 18+ and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for all activity under your account.
4. Credits & Payments
- Premium chambers require Sacred Credits, purchased in packs via Paystack;
- Credits are a limited licence for personal use — they are not money, not transferable, and not redeemable for cash;
- Sales are non-refundable except where required by law;
- Credits are added automatically once Payment confirms your payment. If a confirmed payment is not credited, contact us and we will fix it.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to scrape, resell, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Platform; not to overload our AI or voice services; and not to use the Platform for unlawful purposes or to harass others.
6. Intellectual Property
The Odu corpus and Ifá verses belong to the Yorùbá cultural heritage. Our arrangement, interpretations, design, code and branding remain our property. You receive a personal, non-exclusive licence to view and download your own readings.
7. AI-Generated Content
Prophecies and insights are composed with the help of artificial intelligence and may occasionally be inaccurate. They are guidance and blessings — not guarantees of outcomes.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Platform.
9. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
